a slight non-whine

I made progress with the globealive offline q and a stuff today.

to do: allow experts to choose whether they want to participate in that or not, make links to let users get to the "ask an offline question" area, and make posting questions and replying to them generate emails. And of course there will be more to do after that, as there always is. :/

and in (related?) other news, I've had something like massive indigestion (burning down where my esophagus connects with my stomach, give or take... high up in the chest, right behind the sternum... and sorta radiating upwards from there, ...) for about two weeks straight now. It comes and goes, but it's there more often than not. =( I blame it on all the coffee and late nights I pulled a while back (and it's part of why I've evened out my schedule some and dropped caffeine for a while). found an article that said another contributor could be gaining weight. I have gained weight. I have ramped up plans to deal with this. hopefully there will be more about that soon--strongly looking into aerobic yoga. :)

i take yoga classes. they're really beneficial.

what sort of yoga do you do? how often/how long? :)

I actually just pulled out my gf's old "kickboxing with somebody or other" tape and did that for the first time in over a year. It felt good. :) Thinking of interspersing that with some "beginner's yoga" for a bit.

i take Ashtanga (or "power yoga") twice a week for an hour an a half. i do kickboxing sometimes too. you might like Kundalini yoga.
