This spate has to run out soon, but--

That poem I mentioned "Southern Fried Weirdness" picking up is now up!

So if you haven't read "Refinery Burn-off", well, you're reading your friends list right now, so you were looking for something else to do, anyway, right? ;) And if you _have_ read it, well, there's a whole chock of other poems and shorts up there to read. There's even a piece about getting published in a UK horror/comic. (okay, not really, but if you look at the TOC you might see what I mean)

There's even a short (republished) by Daniel Wallace, the author of Big Fish! And "Live Bait Works Best" is a treat of a poem. :)

Ah, I liked that. Good lines in there. I liked "the sun bakes chemicals like acid bakes the brain" You've got atmosphere packed in there...lOL..

My goodness, you can write. Well computer science might bring home the bacon, but the poetry feeds your soul. Speaking of computer science (I was thinking about the question I put to Ken) do you get inspired sometimes working on programs?

Thanks :D

I think the closest I get to inspired from programming is a certain drive to avoid programming by doing _anything_ else, and sometimes that happens to be writing. :)

I've got one or two poems somewhat on the topic of computer programming, but for the most part it's fairly separate.

That last line gives a satisfying slap in the face, it does...
