Here are some things that occurred to me:
* There is no message on the home page as to what the site is or what the company does. This is going to diminish the effectiveness of the site.
* I went to the product page...and didn't quite get the tag like listing.
* I like the youtube videos on the right side :)
* I really like the design work
Good point. I'll pass that on, and I highly agree.
tag listing... we need to figure something out with that. It's something I put in place in lieu of anything else, and we want to use our tags... but I think our tags are pretty bad, at the same time. Maybe it should just be a "top level" categories page, like subpages, for now...
youtube videos--yeah. They definitely add spice. :) I pulled that idea onto GUD, too. :)

- Not sure if you know this already, but on your "About" page, you have "Click here to find out more about your carbon footprint. Or click here to start shopping green." I don't see a link to click on.
- It would be nice to have a "What's this?" or some other such thing on your shopping pages for the "Green Rating" column, maybe a pop up window or something. Some users might not be familiar with it, and it would be nice to not have to hunt for it elsewhere on your site (do you have it somewhere on your site? :) ).
And that's a good idea, re: the Green Rating. "What's this" and probably the details for how that particular product is broken down. :) [[ we do have that information on the site, in a generic form... maybe on the "about living echo" and "selling" or something ]] Definitely need to get it more front-and-center.
