Crap -- I really _do_ need more sleep!?

Lack of sleep may lead to obesity!? =/

Other research, published by Taheri in 2004, found that adults sleeping only five hours had almost 15 percent higher levels of ghrelin -- a hormone released by the stomach to signal hunger -- than those managing eight hours.

The same group of short sleepers also had more than 15 percent less Leptin, a hormone produced by fat tissue when energy levels are low.

I wouldn't say my code is that exceptional, or really parade it around as such, ... in fact, the things I have public are me trying to learn things and as such are about as badly written as you can find online (well, ... within reason). It's just that nobody is really in a position to criticize it. I do stuff ... cleanly, for the most part, and it works, and appears to be easy enough for other folks to read, when they need to. Or maybe nobody complains because I'm the boss, and _I_ do the complaining, damn it! ;)
