How about make the jousting tournament have shouted-out moves like a video game instead? Say, Final Fantasy or some other one with weird names. Could be fun. Make them recognizable-genre but use your own ideas -- you probably have a better grasp on video games (maybe?) then pro-wrestling terminology. Just a guess.
