going through my life

Dear Sir,

I regret to inform you that the Taxi Commission does not currently certify motorcycles for use as taxis on the streets of San Francisco.

As you can imagine, there would be several safety concerns were motorcycles to be permitted as for hire vehicles in the City and County of San Francisco, and the safety of both our passengers and drivers is of the
utmost concern.

Thank you for your email. Should you have further questions, please feel free to contact the Commission by phone or email.

Man, that brings back memories.

I've been intimidated by my 4000 INBOX emails for too long, so I decided to spend a few hours seeing if I could get them down to, oh, I don't know... 3900? ;)

Sorted by Subject, and that seems to have gotten me over some sort of block. I finally answered an email from 2002. This one's from March 2004.
